Once you have an EGA account with us, please see below instructions to set-up your Customer Portal account -- FIRST TIME Logging-in to Customer Portal.

If you DID NOT provide an e-mail address to us, the Customer Portal will not link your current EGA account:
Simply call us at 952-882-9012 to put your e-mail address on your EGA account so you can proceed with setting up your Customer Portal account.
- You must provide your e-mail address to EGA before you continue.
- Click HERE to be directed to the Customer Portal, click on the link 'Forgot password or need to get started?'
- Enter the e-mail address you provided to us. A password will be e-mailed to you.
- Once you receive the password, go back to the Customer Portal to log-in.
